Laser Rapid Prototyping technology is based on 3D scanning
technology and computer control. With the principle of forming the
material to a liquid photosensitive resin, the rapid discrete
layered accumulation builds up the model. After UV laser scanning,
layered accumulation of the completion of curing polymerization
reaction occurs. KAIAO company is the pioneer of introducing rapid
prototyping service centers in China, we gained a lot of laser
forming experiences, using the 3D SYSTEMS company's laser machine
and the HUNTSMAN from the USA, provided RenShape SL series of
photosensitive resin, production of precision of up to 0.10mm.

How We Qualify the prototype:
1. After inquiry received, our engineers will analyze the drawing
or samples and exchange the opinion about the potential difficulty
or invisible problem. If needed, we will suggest the right solution
accordingly to make good plastic products while cutting cost.
2. Our quotation will be worked out after the 3D scale files in
(*stp/*stl/*igs/*x_t ) are provided or product requirements are
clear. In other words, both two parties will understand whether the
project is workable and what the right solution is before the price
comes out.
3. After the order confirmed and the deposit received, our engineer
will offer the information about the program processing.
4. During processing, we will apply the precision machines, for
example, CNC machining, especially, the 2.5 dimension measuring to
check the electrode, parts, and products. In this way, we will find
out the unexpected mistake in advance. In other words, it allows us
to provide the good quality while saving time and cost.
5. we will use the perfectional inspectors with reliable and proven
testing methods to clearly defined the testing standard. The final
qualified samples will be taken photos to clients to tell about the
process.
